All bedding, pillows and tent covers are cleaned and laundered after each use. Mattress and other decor items are disinfected and steamed after each use.

Yes, a $100 deposit is required upon booking. The deposit secures your party date and preferred theme. Remaining balance is due within 7 days of your party.

You may rent between 2 to 10 tents for your party. If more than 10 tents are needed, please contact us directly to determine availability and obtain pricing.

Delivery, set up, and collection of tent, comfy air mattress, fitted bed sheet, lightweight blanket, throw pillows, tray table, additional theme decor, fairy lights and balloons.

All furniture should be removed from the area you would like the tents to be set up prior to arrival. All floors should be swept, mopped, and vacuumed to prevent damage to rental items. Animals should be secured during setup and pick up. Animals should be kept away from rental items during the rental period to avoid damage.

All payments are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our setups and preparation required, cancellations made within 7 days of event are not eligible for refunds. Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment.
